Here’s why Jacksonville is so popular these days.

Since COVID hit, Jacksonville has had the second-most inbound moves out of all major cities across the country. Why is this?

First, Jacksonville has a ton of things to offer for families and anyone who loves outdoor activities. We have a massive park system, tons of great golf courses, fishing areas, etc. Our park system is one of the largest in the country, with over 80,000 acres of green space. If you’re looking for a place to relax and have a picnic, you have plenty of options. Also, just 22 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, you can find sandy ocean beaches where you can catch some sun, ride the waves, go fishing, or chill out and read a good book.

“I’ve been a Jacksonville resident for 10 years, and I find something new to do all the time.”

One of my favorite things about Jacksonville is the golf courses. There are 68 of them to choose from. Whether you’re teeing it up at Palm Coast or Amelia Island, you can enjoy some great golf all the way up and down the coast. Another thing I love about Jacksonville is our food scene. We have high-end seafood restaurants, upscale taverns, microbreweries, and a variety of establishments serving all sorts of authentic ethnic cuisines. If you can’t find something you like in Jacksonville, I doubt it actually exists.

One trip is not nearly enough to experience everything this great city has to offer. I’ve been a Jacksonville resident for 10 years, and I find something new to do all the time.
